Domestic: Most orders will ship within one or two business days from the time we receive them. Orders placed after 5 pm on a Friday will not be downloaded and filled or shipped until Monday morning or Tuesday if there is a holiday. Various shipping options will be presented at checkout, and the arrival time of your merchandise will depend on your location and the shipping method you choose.
You should receive a shipping confirmation email from either UPS or USPS giving you a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please check for this email (in your spam or trash sometimes) before contacting us about your shipment.
We can not deliver orders on campus to dorms. We can mail packages to be delivered to the student mailboxes in the Keefe Campus Center
USPS Express mail service is not guaranteed if order is placed and filled after 1:00 pm. We do our best to check for orders and fill quickly.
If you need your package by a certain day, PLEASE call us to make arrangements.
If your package does not arrive when you expect it, PLEASE call us to report it. Unfortunately packages are stolen from doorsteps so giving us a secure delivery location in the beginning is the best plan.
Please note: "UPS Next Day Air" refers to Business Days - UPS does not deliver on weekends. Therefore, for example, merchandise shipped "UPS Next Day Air" on Friday will arrive the following Monday or Tuesday if a major holiday.
International: WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, currently, due to the Covid-19 restrictions beyond our control . We will update and restore that option in the future if policies change

We try to update the website regularly so the merchandise listed is available, but occasionally merchandise will be out of stock. When your order is processed, we will email or call you to let you know that the item is out of stock. The email will come from Debbie Ward, the order fulfillment manager using her email firstname.lastname@example.org or our second business phone line 413-256-6013. At that point, we may recommend a substitution, we can delete the item from your order, or, if you wish, we can put the missing item on backorder. If you ordered more than one item, everything that is in stock will be shipped right away. Then, when the backordered item is back in stock, we will ship it out to you. If you paid a shipping fee originally with your order, there will be no shipping fee for the backordered item. If you only ordered the one item, regular shipping fees apply.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Please contact us as soon as possible if the merchandise you receive is damaged or defective. We will correct the problem as quickly as possible.
